How we work:

• 1. Your expectations:

  The first step is a consultation to enable us to understand your aims, objectives and the target audience you wish to reach. From this consultation, based on your selected communication tools, we will then return a quote and costing breakdown.
  
  Provisional deadlines/timescales are agreed.
  
  
  

• 2. Planning:

  The planning stage enables us to further discuss the required features, in line with our design suggestions. We pride ourselves on providing our clients with a bespoke service and therefore flexibility through continuous consultation.
  
  Three prototypes are produced at this stage to enable our client to make design decisions.
  
  Timescales are solidified.
  
  
  

• 3. Construction:

  Based on your design choices, we will start the construction phase. For websites this involves programing, optimisation and testing.
  
  For print work, we will finalise and optimize the files for printing.
  
  
  

• 4. Finalisation:

  After ensuring customer satisfaction, the files are handed over.
  
  For your piece of mind ibdesign also provide after care maintenance and training where necessary.
